Indestructible

Awareness is completely indestructible and is never affected by any appearance, no matter how we describe or label the experience. This is similar to the way that sky is never affected by any of the appearances that appear within it. No storm, typhoon or hurricane ever affects the pristine, flawless nature of sky. The sky is always naturally present and wide-open. When we take a short moment to recognise our own awareness we discover that which is always stable, relaxed and wide-open like the sky.
