It is such a joy to see that when I am not caught up in a web of description, desperately trying to make sense of all my thoughts, emotions and experiences, I actually have time for other people. I have time to really listen in a warm hearted way to whatever they have to say. I no longer have to try and prove to people I meet how clever, funny or cool I am. It is such a relief to be able to be completely natural in every situation, with whoever I am with.
